Putting RF to it
Finally got a chance to work on the LDMOS amplifier again. I put RF to it, and nothing blew up or smoked. I call that a win! I got between 40 and 50 watts out with 500mW of drive. Next I'll look at the Negative feedback circuit and see if that can be optimized.
Bias adjustment 2
Did some more work on the LDMOS amplifier. I believe I have the bias adjusted properly now. I'll do a little more testing then put some RF to it.
