LDMOS Amplifier for 630 meters

It took many hours and many iterations, but I think I finally got an impedance matching network that will work for the 300 watt LDMOS amp.

Here's the schematic. It took 10 revisions to get everything working to my satisfaction.

Still cranking away at the LDMOS amplifier I am getting 150 watts out still. I'm now optimizing each section.

I have reached my goal. I got 250+ watts out. Next, I just have to put together a submission to the NXP homebrew RF amplifier competition.
