LDMOS Amplifier for 630 meters

Worked a little bit more on the LDMOS amplifier. I haven't gotten the bias adjusted correctly yet...

I have reached my goal. I got 250+ watts out. Next, I just have to put together a submission to the NXP homebrew RF amplifier competition.

Here's the schematic. It took 10 revisions to get everything working to my satisfaction.
