LDMOS Amplifier for 630 meters

Today I wrote the fault protection code for the LDMOS amplifier. So it goes into fault mode if the temperature, current, or voltage goes too high.

Here's the schematic. It took 10 revisions to get everything working to my satisfaction.

It took many hours and many iterations, but I think I finally got an impedance matching network that will work for the 300 watt LDMOS amp.
