Power switch and LEDs installed

Getting closer... got the power switch installed, power cord, and two boards interconnected. So far things are reading correctly. I'm getting 4.98 volts on the 5 volt board, and 12.63 on the 12 volt board, and 1.63 volts on the bias board. Those values are holding steady with 15 through 40 volts input power.
